U.S. Department of Labor Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19
OSHA’s planning guidance is advisory to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace based on traditional infection prevention and industrial hygiene practices. You can find additional resources provided by OSHA here.
The Wage and Hour Division provides more information regarding the impact of COVID-19 or other public health emergencies, including the Fair Labor Standards Act and job-protected leave under the Family Medical Act.
